Orders placed after the 4:00 PM CET order cut-off time may be processed on the following business day.

Delivery estimates are provided as an indication and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory delivery rights available to consumers under applicable Dutch or European law.

7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Consumers purchasing products online generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable Dutch and European consumer law, subject to legally recognised exceptions.

The statutory withdrawal period generally begins when the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, receives the goods.

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, customers may exercise this right without providing a reason.

In addition to applicable statutory withdrawal rights, Bath Floor and More offers a 30-day return period subject to the conditions stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

Bath Floor and More provides free returns and does not charge a restocking fee.

Certain products or circumstances may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where an applicable legal exception applies.

Where a refund is approved under our Return and Refund Policy, we process the refund within 10 days in accordance with the applicable refund procedure and legal requirements.
